The Jesus Army put its new Abington Square centre on the map with an open day to show Northampton people the range of sevices they provide.
The former Canon cinema, which was reopened as the Jesus Army Centre six months ago, following a lengthy redevelopment, was full of life for the event.
Dance displays, musical performances and a range of stalls and demonstrastions greeted visitors to the centre as the organisation aimed to show what it was about.
Centre manager Steve Jones said: "We want the people of Northampton to know that we are here for them. We have more than 40 different classes and lessons, a cafe and rooms that can be hired out by local groups who need somewhere to meet."
"We've had an interesting mix of people here today and they have all been very surprised by the variety of things we offer."
